Quantity Surveyor

PART-TIME | FULL TIME |REMOTE | FLEXIBLE MONTHLY COMPENSATION

This role is for course content creation and online teaching—not project-site work.

Specialisation & Required Experience — Quantity Surveying
You should have at least 10 years of construction industry experience, with substantial hands-on responsibility for quantity take-offs from drawings, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, contractor/client RA bills, subcontractor billing, variations and material reconciliation. Experience with measurement procedures, commercial documentation and Excel-based QS workflows is essential. You must be able to teach these activities using practical examples, sample drawings and worked calculations.

Your Role

- Prepare course outlines, presentations and practical learning material.
- Record short lessons in your own voice.
- Conduct scheduled live online classes and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Develop worked examples, assignments and quizzes.
- Review and update content based on feedback.

What We Expect

- Relevant engineering/construction degree or diploma.




- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly in English.
- Confidence using PowerPoint, Excel and online teaching tools.
- Original, technically accurate content without confidential employer or client information.
- Reliable delivery against an agreed monthly work plan.
- Previous training or mentoring experience preferred.

Working Arrangement

- Remote, part-time; flexible preparation hours and scheduled live sessions.
- Fixed monthly compensation based on experience, time commitment and deliverables.
- Reports directly to the Founder.
- ConstruWX provides content templates, branding and platform publishing support.
