Rudved Classifieds is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Hyderabad.

The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business leads from property owners, builders, real estate professionals, and local businesses and convert them into paid advertising clients.

The candidate will promote Rudved Classifieds' property and business advertising services through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, networking, and field activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and contact property owners who want to sell or promote their properties.
- Find potential clients among builders, developers, real estate agents, and local businesses.
- Generate new leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and field visits.
- Explain Rudved Classifieds advertising packages and services to potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable advertising packages.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
- Convert leads into paid advertising customers.
- Maintain daily lead-generation and sales records.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners and business clients.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation and sales targets.

Eligibility / RequirementsRequired

- 10th / Intermediate / Degree.
- Good communication skills in Telugu.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Comfortable making phone calls and communicating through WhatsApp.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.




- Willingness to work with sales targets.
- Self-motivated and disciplined.
- Ability to communicate confidently with new customers.
- Bike and DL

Preferred

- Experience in sales, telecalling, business development, real estate, advertising, or digital marketing.
- Knowledge of Hyderabad's real estate market.
- Existing local business/property contacts will be an advantage.
- Freshers with valuable communication and sales skills are welcome to apply.

Salary & Incentives

₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Performance Incentives

The final salary can depend on experience and skills.

Additional performance incentives will be provided based on successful lead generation and client conversions.
