We are looking for a Senior Technical Java Developer / Technical Lead with 15+ years of experience who is ready to take the next step into technical leadership and team management. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with Java and Spring Boot while taking ownership of technical decisions, complex challenges, team guidance, delivery, and development standards. This role is suited for someone who wants to grow toward a Technical Manager / Engineering Manager position while continuing to maintain strong technical expertise.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership & Team Ownership

- Lead and guide the development team while remaining hands-on with critical technical work.
- Own technical deliverables, quality, timelines, priorities, and engineering standards.
- Mentor developers and provide guidance on architecture, coding, debugging, performance, and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, design discussions, and technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Handle complex technical challenges, escalations, and critical production issues.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and drive appropriate solutions.
- Work closely with Product, QA, DevOps, Support, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Contribute to team planning, development processes, technical standards, and continuous improvement.

Java & Backend Development

- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance backend applications.
- Build REST APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Work on system architecture, distributed systems, scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.
- Integrate APIs with frontend applications, databases, third-party systems, and external services.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases and optimize queries and data access.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable,



and testable code.
- Troubleshoot complex development and production issues.

Required Technical Skills

- 15+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on Java expertise.
- Strong knowledge of Core Java, Java 8/11/17+, OOP, Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling, Generics, and Design Patterns.
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Framework / Spring Boot.
- Strong experience with REST APIs and Microservices Architecture.
- Strong understanding of System Design, Application Architecture, Distributed Systems, Scalability, and Performance Optimization.
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar relational databases.
- Exposure to Couchbase/MongoDB, Kafka, JUnit/Mockito, Git, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and GCP/AWS/Azure is preferred.
- Solid debugging, problem-solving, communication, and technical decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹554,000.00 - ₹1,930,000.00 per year
