About Us:
Workforce AI builds AI-powered voice agents for hospitals and clinics — automating appointment booking, FAQs, reminders, and follow-ups so businesses never miss a call. We're growing and looking for a motivated cold caller to help us connect with potential clients.
Role: Cold Caller
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to hospitals, clinics, dental practices, and other businesses to introduce our AI voice agent service
- Clearly explain the product and its benefits to decision-makers
- Identify interested leads and schedule follow-up calls/demos
- Maintain a daily log of calls made, outcomes, and lead status
- Handle objections confidently and professionally
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English
- Confident speaking on the phone with strangers
- Basic understanding of sales/outreach (prior cold calling experience is a plus but not mandatory)
- Self-motivated and comfortable with daily call targets
- Access to a phone and stable internet connection
Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000/month (based on experience and performance)
