Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Support Executive to provide technical support to the retail team and ensure smooth functioning of IT systems across stores. The role will also be responsible for coordinating and managing IT activities related to New Store Openings (NSO).

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day IT support to the retail team and store employees.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity-related issues at stores.
- Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Manage and coordinate Recent Store Opening (NSO) IT activities, ensuring all IT requirements are completed before store launch.
- Coordinate installation and setup of IT infrastructure, including computers, printers, networking, internet connectivity, and other required devices for new stores.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external IT vendors for timely completion of NSO activities.
- Provide technical support during the store opening and ensure smooth IT operations from Day 1.




- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and basic network connectivity issues at retail stores.
- Maintain IT asset records and ensure proper allocation of IT equipment across stores.
- Create and maintain IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment installation, repair, maintenance, and support.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, store IT setup, and NSO activities.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, and networking.
- Hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to travel to retail stores as required for IT support and NSO activities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams.
- Knowledge of retail IT systems/POS will be an added advantage.

Education

BCA / B.Sc. IT / B.Tech / Diploma in IT or a related field.

Salary

₹2.0 – ₹3.0 LPA

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
