A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in immigration sales or visa consultancy is mandatory. This position is suited to candidates with direct industry experience.

You should bring:

- Hands-on experience consulting clients for Permanent Residency (PR), Student Visa and/or Visit Visa services.

- Working knowledge of immigration or visa processes for one or more key destinations, including Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA or Europe.

- Demonstrated ability to qualify leads, explain suitable options, handle objections and close sales.

- Experience working towards monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.

- Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.

- A disciplined approach to follow-ups, CRM updates and client relationship management.

- Professional judgement and a commitment to providing accurate information without promising visa approvals or guaranteed outcomes.

Your Responsibilities:

- Manage enquiries for PR, student and visit visa services across Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA, New Zealand, Europe and South America.

- Understand each client’s objectives, background and requirements to explain suitable options.

- Clearly explain relevant processes, eligibility criteria, documentation and next steps.

- Conduct timely, structured follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and email.

- Address client questions and objections professionally,



helping qualified prospects make informed decisions.

- Convert enquiries into service engagements and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate lead information, consultation notes and follow-up schedules in the CRM.

- Prepare daily sales and follow-up reports.

- Build lasting client relationships through responsive, transparent communication.

- Keep your knowledge of relevant visa and immigration processes up to date.
