Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior IPQA / QA qualified with strong QMS experience to manage quality assurance activities across manufacturing and packaging operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Cosmetics, Personal Care or Pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain QMS activities as per GMP, SOPs and GDP requirements.
- Handle Deviations, CAPA, Change Control, OOS/OOT and quality investigations.
- Review and control SOPs, BMR/BPR, logbooks and quality documentation.
- Perform line clearance and in-process quality checks during manufacturing and packing.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene and quality requirements.
- Monitor manufacturing processes as per approved BMR and SOPs.
- Coordinate with Production and QC for quality issues, investigations and corrective actions.
- Verify equipment calibration, cleanliness, material reconciliation and yield.
- Support internal/customer audits and ensure timely CAPA closure.




- Ensure overall audit readiness and continuous improvement of the quality system.

Qualification & Experience

- B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in QA/IPQA, preferably in Cosmetics, Personal Care or Pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Strong hands-on experience in QMS activities.
- Good knowledge of GMP, SOPs, GDP, BMR/BPR and quality documentation.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

Location: Kolgaon, Palghar

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
