Below is the job description for the desired role:

We are looking for a motivated Finance Intern to join our team at eWards. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in finance and accounting, with working knowledge of Tally, GST, filing, and operational finance.



The candidate should have completed finals in accounting and have exposure to working with auditors. This role will support financial processes, ensure compliance, and assist in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements to support business objectives.

Accounting & Compliance:

- Maintain accurate financial records in Tally and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

- Manage GST calculations, filing, and other tax-related matters, ensuring compliance with regulations.

- Handle end-to-end filing processes, including income tax, GST, and other financial filings.

Operational Finance:

- Support various departments in budget preparation, cost control, and financial performance analysis.

- Assist in setting up and maintaining effective internal controls across finance functions.

Strategic Support:

- Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

- Evaluate financial risks and opportunities, contributing to business growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA or equivalent certification preferred.

- Proficiency in Tally.

- Solid knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial best practices.

- Experience in working with auditors and handling audits independently.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
