Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout construction activities.
- Conduct inspections of civil, structural, and finishing works at the project site.
- Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Inspect incoming construction materials and verify quality/test certificates.
- Conduct and maintain records of concrete, steel, cement, aggregate, and other material tests.
- Monitor RCC works including reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and curing.
- Check workmanship and identify quality deviations or non-conformities.
- Prepare Inspection Requests (IR), Checklists, NCRs, and Quality Reports.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented and properly documented.
- Maintain project quality documentation, test reports, inspection records, and approvals.




- Assist in conducting site audits and quality inspections.
- Ensure construction activities comply with applicable IS Codes, project specifications, and safety requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly quality reports and submit updates to management.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Civil & Structural Construction QA/QC procedures.
- Knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works.
- Understanding of IS Codes and construction specifications.
- Experience in preparing inspection checklists, IRs, NCRs, and quality documentation.
- Positive knowledge of construction materials and testing procedures.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Construction QA/QC.
