- Provide IT support to employees for hardware and software-related issues.
- Install, configure and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot Windows, MS Office, email and software-related issues.
- Manage company email IDs, user accounts and system access.
- Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet and basic network connectivity.
- Configure and maintain printers and other peripheral devices.
- Provide basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for repairs, maintenance and technical support.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and IT equipment records.
- Support and monitor CCTV and biometric attendance systems.
- Perform regular data backup and assist with basic data security.
- Maintain proper IT documentation and service records.




- Provide IT support to all departments as required.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues.
- Perform other IT duties assigned by management.
