Job Title: Cement Sales Representative

Experience: 1–3 years in Cement/Building Material Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Cement Sales Representative with prior experience in the cement industry . The candidate will be responsible for developing dealer/retailer networks, generating sales, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly and quarterly cement sales targets.

Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, and builders.

Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer/dealer network.

Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities, pricing, and schemes.

Take orders and ensure timely coordination for product dispatch and delivery.

Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the accounts team.

Promote company products, schemes, and offers in the market.

Maintain regular sales reports, customer databases, and visit reports.

Identify new markets and potential customers for business expansion.





Handle customer queries and resolve service-related issues.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and delivery.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in cement sales or building-material sales.

Good knowledge of the local cement market and dealer/retailer network.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Target-oriented and comfortable with regular field visits.

Knowledge of competitor brands, pricing, and market trends will be an advantage.

Must have a valid two-wheeler and driving license.

Candidates with existing dealer/contractor contacts will be preferred.
