We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Patna, Bihar.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of digital marketing, social media, content, online advertising and lead generation. The candidate will work on building the company's online presence, managing digital campaigns and supporting business growth through various online marketing channels.
This prospect is suitable for freshers with relevant skills as well as candidates with prior digital marketing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across relevant online channels.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence.
- Create and coordinate social media content, including posts, reels, stories and promotional content.
- Conduct basic market, competitor and audience research.
- Manage and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Meta and Google, where required.
- Generate and manage leads through digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports.
- Track important metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, cost per lead and conversions.
- Coordinate with the content, design and sales teams.
- Assist with website content, landing pages and basic SEO activities.
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities and trends.
- Maintain regular reporting and follow-up on marketing activities.
- Support other online marketing and promotional initiatives as required.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
