MK University, Patan is looking for passionate and academically driven PhD Faculty / Assistant Professors to join its academic team. The role is suitable for candidates who have recently completed their PhD and are interested in teaching, research, academic mentoring, and supporting PhD scholars.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver lectures and academic sessions related to the candidate's area of specialization.
- Guide and mentor PhD scholars in their research work, subject to applicable university norms.
- Support students in research methodology, literature review, research design, and academic writing.
- Conduct academic discussions, presentations, workshops, and research-oriented sessions.
- Review and evaluate assignments, research work, presentations, and academic progress.
- Contribute to research activities, publications, seminars, conferences, and departmental initiatives.
- Maintain academic records and student-related documentation.
- Collaborate with faculty members on academic and research activities.
- Stay updated with developments and research trends in the respective specialization.

Eligibility





- PhD in the relevant or allied subject from a recognized university/institution.
- Candidates with a strong academic/research background are preferred.
- Fresh PhD candidates can apply.
- Candidates should have good communication and presentation skills.
- Research publications, conference papers, NET/SET qualification, or prior teaching/research exposure will be an added advantage, where applicable.

Salary
