We are looking for a Production Engineer to support and coordinate day-to-day production activities in our centrifugal pump manufacturing facility.

The candidate will coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance and Planning departments to ensure smooth production operations and timely completion of production requirements.

Freshers with a Mechanical / Production background who are willing to learn and build their career in manufacturing are also encouraged to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate daily production activities as per production plan.
- Monitor production schedules and follow up on pending activities.
- Coordinate with Production Supervisors and shop-floor teams.
- Follow up with Stores for required materials and components.
- Coordinate with Purchase regarding pending materials.
- Coordinate with Quality for inspection and clearance.
- Monitor production progress against planned targets.
- Maintain daily production and progress reports.
- Track job status from machining to assembly and testing.
- Follow up on production delays and pending work.
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve production-related issues.
- Maintain production-related records and documentation.
- Prepare daily production updates for management.
- Support ISO documentation and company procedures.





REQUIRED SKILLS

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Willingness to learn manufacturing and production processes.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with different departments.
- Knowledge of ERP / SAP will be an advantage.
- Mechanical / Production engineering knowledge will be preferred.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Freshers can apply.
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering will be preferred.
- Candidates with 1–5 years of relevant manufacturing experience can also apply.
- Experience in centrifugal pump, valve, mechanical seal or heavy engineering manufacturing will be an advantage.
- Candidates who are willing to learn and develop their career in Production Planning & Coordination are encouraged to apply.
- Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
