Reports to: Founders
Experience: 1-2 year. Freshers welcome.
Location: Noida, in-office

The role in two lines

You make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Leads get called, meetings happen, follow-ups go out, paperwork is done, and payments get chased, Client feedback calls done.

Your daily work

- Call new leads. Use our script, note down what they say, and book meetings for the founders.
- Schedule meetings. Fix the time, send the invite, and remind everyone before the call.
- Follow up. Send a short recap after every meeting, then keep chasing until we get a yes, a no, or a date.
- Send payment reminders. Follow our fixed schedule (before the due date, on it, and after it) and tell the founders about anything overdue.
- Prepare contracts. Fill in our approved templates with the right names, dates, amounts, and scope. The founders review and approve before anything goes out.
- Handle vendor registration forms. Fill them in, submit them, and track their status.

Support the founders. Keep the trackers, calendar, and files clean and up to date.

What we give you

What we expect

- Same-day recap after every meeting.
- Every lead called within 24 hours.
- Every open follow-up checked at least every 2 days.
- Zero mistakes in names, dates, and amounts. Double-check before sending.

You tell us early if something is going wrong.

Must have

- Good spoken and written English. Hindi is a plus.
- Comfortable making phone calls to strangers.
- Basic Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Google Drive and WhatsApp skills.
- Reliable, organised, and follows through without being reminded

Not needed

Prior experience, a specific degree, or any creative skills.

This role is not

- A creative or design role.
- A personal errands job.
- A negotiator. You never change commercial terms or legal clauses. Those go to the founders.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
