- Respond to travel inquiries via call, WhatsApp, email & walk-ins.
- Design customized domestic and international tour packages.
- Handle hotel bookings, flights, visa processing & travel insurance.
- Communicate with DMCs, suppliers, and vendors.
- Maintain robust follow-up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with operations for seamless trip execution.
- Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, and pricing.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in a travel agency.
- Good communication & convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of destinations like Dubai, Singapore, Thailand, Maldives,Japan, Europe, etc.
- Graduate in Tourism/Hotel Management or any relevant field.
