Job Title: Service Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to install, commission, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment and systems. The role involves providing on-site technical support, resolving customer issues, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, inspect, and maintain equipment at customer sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, or technical problems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Respond to customer service calls and provide timely technical assistance.
- Identify faulty components and carry out repairs or replacements.
- Conduct equipment testing and performance checks.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and job completion reports.
- Explain equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures to customers.
- Coordinate with the sales, engineering, and technical support teams when required.
- Maintain service tools, spare parts, and equipment.
- Follow company safety procedures and applicable technical standards.
- Travel to customer locations as required.
- Support installation,



commissioning, and product demonstrations when needed.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering field.
- 1–5 years of relevant service/maintenance experience preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and wiring diagrams.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
- Valid driving licence may be required depending on the role.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
