Role Overview

We are looking for a Career Advisor / Admission Counselor to guide prospective students and parents regarding career-oriented programs offered by Image Creative Education (ICE).

The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, understanding their career interests, counselling them on suitable courses, following up with leads and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle enquiries from prospective students and parents through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp and other channels.

· Understand students' educational background, interests and career goals.

· Provide appropriate career and course counselling based on student requirements.

· Explain ICE courses, curriculum, career opportunities, fee structure and admission process.

· Follow up with prospective students and parents and convert leads into admissions.

· Maintain regular follow-up with leads and ensure timely closure.

· Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.

· Handle student/parent objections and provide suitable solutions.





· Maintain accurate lead, counselling and admission records in CRM/MIS.

· Participate in education fairs, school/college visits, seminars, workshops and promotional activities.

· Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and local promotional activities.

· Build good relationships with students, parents and institutional contacts.

· Support the centre team in achieving overall admission and revenue targets.

· Comfortable with telephone counselling as well as face-to-face counselling.

· Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office and digital communication tools.

Candidate Profile

· Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

· 2–8 years of experience in Education, EdTech, Training, Career Counselling, Admissions or Inside Sales.

· Candidates with experience in education sales/admissions will be preferred.

· Experience in selling professional/creative/technical courses will be an advantage.

· Candidates from Education, EdTech, Training Institutes, Colleges, Universities, Coaching Institutes or Skill Development organisations are preferred.

Language Requirements

· English – Mandatory

· Kannada – Mandatory

· Malayalam – Added advantage

Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
