About the Role:
We are looking for a bold, active, and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our perfume brand. The ideal candidate should be confident in approaching clients, building strong relationships, generating new business, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach new clients and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Handle client communication, follow-ups, and negotiations.
- Develop new markets and expand the customer base.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Visit clients and represent the brand professionally.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable perfume/fragrance solutions.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.




- Maintain regular sales reports and follow-ups.

Requirements:

- Confident, energetic, and proactive personality.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good client-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Sales or business development experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
- Experience in perfume, FMCG, retail, or related industries is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
