XYORO TECH is a digital marketing agency focused on brand building, social media growth, performance marketing and business development. We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage client accounts and develop effective social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, develop and execute social media strategies for multiple clients.

Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

Create monthly content calendars, captions, creative briefs and posting schedules.

Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, influencers and content creators.

Plan and execute reels, UGC videos, influencer collaborations and social media campaigns.

Monitor social media trends, competitors and industry developments.

Manage Meta Ads campaigns, including campaign planning, audience targeting, budget monitoring and performance tracking.

Analyse social media insights, engagement, reach, leads and campaign performance.

Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest strategies for improvement.

Coordinate with clients for content approvals, feedback and campaign execution.





Ensure consistent brand identity and timely delivery of all content.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Meta Ads.

Experience managing multiple brand accounts.

Good knowledge of content strategy, reels, UGC and influencer marketing.

Excellent communication, creative thinking and organisational skills.

Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate with different teams.

Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite and social media analytics tools.
