About Us

Legace Sports Infra Private Limited, formerly known as Surekha Exports, is an organization engaged in sports infrastructure and related projects. As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are looking for a talented and experienced Architect to join our team in Calicut.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in architectural design, planning, preparation of working drawings and project coordination, with exposure to residential, commercial, construction or sports infrastructure projects.

We are looking for an Architect who can independently handle architectural design and drawing requirements while coordinating effectively with engineers, clients, sales teams and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, layouts and design proposals.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections and construction drawings.
- Prepare architectural drawings and documentation using AutoCAD.
- Develop 3D models and presentations using SketchUp and other relevant software.
- Prepare high-quality 3D visualizations and presentations for projects.
- Coordinate architectural requirements with structural, MEP and other engineering teams.
- Coordinate with clients, sales teams and site teams to understand and implement project requirements.
- Review drawings and ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Assist in planning, design development and execution of projects.
- Participate in site visits and resolve architectural/design-related issues.
- Prepare presentations and other design documentation as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)



from a recognized institution.
- Relevant experience in architectural design and construction projects.
- AutoCAD – Mandatory.
- Working knowledge of Revit – Preferred.
- Knowledge of SketchUp for 3D modelling.
- Knowledge of 3ds Max / V-Ray or similar rendering software.
- Knowledge of Lumion / Enscape for 3D visualization and presentations.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for presentation and design work.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prepare:
- Architectural layouts
- Floor plans
- Elevations
- Sections
- Detailed working drawings
- Construction drawings
- 3D models and presentations

Preferred Experience

Candidates with exposure to any of the following will be preferred:

- Sports infrastructure projects
- Residential projects
- Commercial projects
- Construction projects
- Architectural planning and execution
- Site coordination
