Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business through Ocean Freight / Shipping Sales for import and export shipments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, traders, and corporate clients.
- Handle FCL/LCL, sea freight, freight forwarding, and logistics solutions based on customer requirements.
- Prepare and negotiate freight quotations, rates, contracts, and commercial terms with customers and shipping partners.
- Conduct customer visits, generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and convert prospects into business.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with operations, pricing, shipping lines, and overseas agents to ensure smooth execution of shipments.




- Monitor market freight rates, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in Shipping Sales / Ocean Freight Sales / Freight Forwarding Sales.
- Solid knowledge of FCL, LCL, Import & Export, and Ocean Freight.
- Good customer acquisition, negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
- Existing customer/network in the logistics or shipping industry will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
