POSISTION – QUALITY MANAGER

EXP - 5 to 6 years

QUALIFICATION – Dip in Mech BE B Tech

SALARY – Rs. 40000 to Rs 50000·

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle customer complaints, quality issues, 8D, RCA, CAPA, and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.

· Conduct and coordinate internal, customer, supplier, and external quality audits.

· Monitor and improve key quality parameters including PPM, rejection, rework, scrap, and customer complaints.

· Manage supplier quality, conduct supplier audits, and drive corrective actions for supplier-related issues.

· Lead Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.





· Ensure proper preparation and maintenance of job-wise quality dossiers, inspection reports, NCRs, test certificates, and quality records.

· Lead, train, and monitor the Quality team while coordinating with Production, Engineering, Purchase, Stores, and R&D.;

· Drive overall quality improvement, process capability, cost reduction, and QMS effectiveness across the organization.

Required skills:

- Metal Fabrication knowledge and drawings.
- Hindi speaking advantage
- Fabrication JIG and Fixture knowledge.
