Video Editor

BotHype Media is looking for a creative and responsible Video Editor to join our team on a full-time basis.

We work with brands and businesses across different industries and create content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms. We are looking for someone who can turn raw footage into engaging, professional and social-media-friendly videos.

This role is ideal for someone who understands Reels, short-form content, storytelling, pacing and current social media trends — and is not afraid to experiment with creative ideas.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos and YouTube content.
- Edit videos from client shoots and transform raw footage into engaging content.
- Create strong hooks, smooth transitions, appropriate cuts, captions, music and sound effects.
- Understand the objective of each video and edit it accordingly.
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different client accounts.
- Work on multiple client projects and deliver content within agreed deadlines.
- Make revisions based on feedback and take ownership of the final output.
- Organise and manage raw footage, project files and final video assets properly.
- Stay updated with current Instagram and YouTube trends, editing styles, transitions, formats and content patterns.
- Bring creative suggestions and references for improving the quality of content.
- Occasionally assist during client shoots in Nashik when required.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in video editing.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Good knowledge of CapCut.
- Basic understanding of videography and camera footage.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.




- Strong sense of timing, pacing, storytelling and visual composition.
- Ability to select suitable music, sound effects, transitions and graphics.
- Good understanding of social media trends.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and willingness to take feedback.

Important Requirement

Candidates must be based in Nashik, Maharashtra.

This is a Work From Office position. The selected candidate will be required to work from our office in Nashik and should also be available for client shoots in Nashik whenever required.

Probation Period: 3 months
Notice Period: 30 days
