We are investing in AI-driven tools and automation to make recruitment, operations, and client servicing smarter, faster, and more data-informed. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an AI Specialist who can help us build, implement, and improve practical AI solutions across the business.

About the Role

The AI Specialist will design, build, and deploy AI- and ML-powered tools and automations that improve recruiting efficiency, candidate experience, and internal operations at Flowz Staffing.

This role combines hands-on technical work with cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with recruiting, sales, operations, and IT teams to identify business challenges and turn them into practical, working AI solutions.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys experimenting with emerging AI technologies but can also take an idea from concept → development → implementation → measurable business impact.

This is a fully remote role requiring strong communication, independent problem-solving, and the ability to manage projects in a remote environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI Development & Automation

- Design, build, and maintain AI-powered tools and workflows such as chatbots, resume screening systems, candidate-matching solutions, automated outreach, and other recruitment-focused applications.
- Develop and optimize prompts and AI workflows using large language models (LLMs).
- Build and maintain RAG pipelines, AI agents, and API-based integrations.
- Integrate AI tools with existing business systems and workflows.
- Develop automations using platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, and similar tools.
- Use Python or other scripting tools where required to build and customize AI solutions.

AI Tools & Technology Integration

- Work with LLM APIs including OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, Google Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Research, evaluate, and integrate third-party AI tools that can support staffing and recruitment use cases.
- Connect AI solutions with ATS, CRM systems, spreadsheets, databases, and internal platforms.
- Troubleshoot AI workflows and coordinate with IT or engineering teams when technical support is required.

Business Collaboration

- Work with Recruiting, Sales,



Operations, and other teams to identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve efficiency.
- Translate business requirements and operational challenges into practical AI solutions.
- Identify repetitive manual processes that can be automated.
- Measure the impact of implemented AI solutions and continuously improve them.

AI Quality, Security & Responsible Use

- Monitor the accuracy, reliability, and performance of deployed AI systems.
- Conduct regular testing and optimization of AI-generated outputs.
- Support responsible AI practices, including data privacy, bias checks, and compliance with company policies.
- Help ensure AI solutions are implemented securely and appropriately for business use.

Documentation & Training

- Create clear documentation, SOPs, and user guides for AI tools and workflows.
- Develop training materials and help internal teams effectively adopt new AI solutions.
- Provide support and guidance to employees using AI-powered tools.

Innovation

- Stay current with emerging AI and automation technologies.
- Research new tools, models, and approaches that may benefit Flowz Staffing.
- Proactively identify and propose new AI use cases across recruitment, operations, sales, and client servicing.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with relevant hands-on experience in place of formal education will also be considered.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with AI/ML tools, LLMs, or automation platforms.
- Robust working knowledge of LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or similar.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow development.
- Experience with automation/no-code platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Experience with Python scripting and/or API integrations.
- Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval-based AI systems.




- Experience connecting AI tools with business applications, databases, spreadsheets, or APIs.
- Familiarity with CRM or ATS systems is a strong advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote environment.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, HR-tech, or recruitment technology.
- Experience building custom AI agents or AI-powered workflows.
- Experience with fine-tuning or customizing AI models.
- Experience with data analytics, dashboards, or BI tools.
- Experience implementing AI solutions at an organizational or department-wide level.
