Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Executive to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, applications, cybersecurity, and day-to-day technology operations. The role will involve leading IT initiatives, troubleshooting complex technical issues, managing vendors, and ensuring reliable and secure IT services.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, networks, computers, and business applications.
- Lead day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support to employees.
- Monitor system performance, availability, backups, and security.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, cloud services, and enterprise applications as applicable.
- Implement and maintain IT security policies, access controls, and endpoint protection.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, licenses, contracts, and technology purchases.
- Plan and execute IT projects, upgrades, migrations, and system implementations.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, documentation, and disaster-recovery processes.




- Monitor IT budgets and recommend cost-effective technology solutions.
- Mentor junior IT staff and coordinate with internal departments and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT standards and applicable regulations.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, servers, and end-user computing.
- Experience with Windows/Linux environments and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, backup, disaster recovery, and IT asset management.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing vendors and IT projects.
- Good communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, Azure, or CompTIA are an advantage.
- 5+ years of relevant IT experience, preferably with experience supervising or leading IT operations.
