We are looking for a Quality Engineer with hands-on experience in mechanical fabrication, inspection, installation and commissioning of industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Incoming, In-Process (WIP) & Final Inspection as per QAP/ITP.
- Prepare, implement and maintain QAP, inspection reports, test reports and quality documentation.
- Perform Dimensional, Visual, Welding, Chemical, Physical & Ultrasonic/NDT inspections.
- Coordinate Vendor Inspection and Customer/Consultant Final Inspection.
- Ensure quality of Bag Filters, Dust Collectors, Scrubbers, Cyclones, Screw Conveyors, Ducting, Dampers, Hoods and Ventilation Systems.
- Supervise/inspect mechanical installation, alignment, welding, bolting and commissioning at customer sites.
- Identify NCRs, defects and rework and coordinate corrective actions with Production/Project teams.
- Support dry/wet commissioning, leakage testing,



system balancing and troubleshooting.
- Maintain records of accepted, rejected and reworked materials.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Project, Vendors, Customers and Consultants.
- Ensure compliance with ISO quality systems, drawings, specifications and project requirements.

Preferred Candidate

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in industrial equipment / fabrication / pollution control equipment / mechanical projects.
- Willing to travel to customer/project sites.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical drawings and inspection procedures.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
