Fashion Retail Coordinator cum Merchandiser

Location: 27 Sarat Bose Road, 2nd Floor, Bhawanipore, Kolkata – 700020Experience: 1–2 yearsSalary: ₹14,000–₹18,000 per month

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a smart, organised and fashion-oriented candidate with a background in fashion or apparel and 1–2 years of relevant experience in fashion retail, merchandising, designer retail, apparel or a similar role.

Candidates residing in and around Bhawanipore, Sarat Bose Road or nearby areas will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

● Coordinate day-to-day fashion retail and store operations.

● Handle client enquiries, counter sales, styling and design customisation.

● Manage visual merchandising and product presentation.

● Coordinate orders, production follow-ups, alterations, quality checks and timely deliveries.

● Maintain inventory, billing, invoices, order records and store documentation.

● Assist with product shoots, catalogues,



website and product uploads, and social media coordination.

● Coordinate with buyers, multi-designer stores, exhibitions, pop-ups and retail partners.

Skills Required

● Strong communication, client-handling and coordination skills.

● Positive understanding of garments, fabrics, styling and basic garment production coordinatio.

● Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Canva.

● Comfortable handling billing, inventory management and documentation.

● Prior work experience with a designer label, fashion brand or retail store will be a preferred .
