GENERAL MANAGER Dhara Convention & Events | Aziz Nagar, Hyderabad

Dhara Convention & Events is looking for a hands-on, responsible and energetic General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our convention and event venue in Aziz Nagar.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership, lead teams, manage operations smoothly and ensure that every event at Dhara is executed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the venue
- Manage and coordinate banquet, F&B;, housekeeping, maintenance and support teams
- Ensure smooth execution of weddings, corporate events and other functions
- Coordinate with clients, vendors and service partners
- Monitor staffing, operational requirements and inventory
- Maintain service quality, discipline and venue standards
- Handle operational challenges and resolve issues quickly
- Assist with planning, budgeting and cost control
- Drive improvements in guest experience and venue operations

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in hotel, resort, banquet, convention centre or event operations




- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Highly responsible, organised and solution-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on setting
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Fluent in Telugu, Hindi and English
- Willing to work at Aziz Nagar, Hyderabad
- Candidates residing in or around Aziz Nagar / Gandipet / Narsingi / Kokapet / Manikonda / Puppalaguda / nearby areas preferred

Additional Skills We Value

Experience in sales, event management, F&B;, hospitality operations, vendor management or business development will be an advantage.
