HR Executive – Healthcare / Pharmacy

Job Summary

Sunplus Pharmacy is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, onboarding, and day-to-day HR activities across our growing pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment and hiring for pharmacists, pharma aids, delivery executives, telecallers, and other positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates.
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and employee-related records.
- Coordinate with branch managers regarding staffing requirements.
- Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
- Assist with payroll-related coordination and documentation.
- Support employee engagement and retention activities.
- Ensure company HR policies and procedures are followed.
- Prepare regular recruitment and HR reports.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, hospital, retail, or similar industries is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and employee coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up and candidate-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Telugu and English communication skills preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with experience in Healthcare HR / Pharmacy HR / Hospital Recruitment / Retail Recruitment are preferred.
- Candidates who can handle high-volume recruitment and multiple branches will be an advantage.
