Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end New Product Development from concept to commercialization.
- Develop and optimize tea blends, recipes, flavours, herbs and botanical-based products.
- Conduct tea tasting, sensory evaluation and product trials.
- Work closely with Quality, Purchase, Production and Marketing teams.
- Evaluate raw materials, suppliers and product samples.
- Manage product costing, formulation improvement and commercial feasibility.
- Ensure product quality, consistency and compliance with applicable standards.
- Track market trends and competitor products to identify new product opportunities
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
