Responsibilities

· Welcome and assist customers professionally.

· Handle reception and incoming calls.

· Manage customer appointments and follow-ups.

· Maintain customer records.

· Coordinate with Sales & Service teams.

· Make customer follow-up calls and collect feedback.

· Handle customer queries and complaints.

· Maintain a professional reception area.

· Prepare daily/weekly reports as required.

Requirements

· Female candidates only.

· Graduate preferred.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.





· Good Hindi & English communication skills.

· Pleasant personality and skilled attitude.

· Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
