1. Sales & Customer Service

- Greet customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable jewelry.
- Drive sales by upselling, cross-selling, and achieving daily & monthly targets.
- Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions by explaining jewelry details.
- Handle high-value transactions with professionalism and trust-building.

2. Store Operations & Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate stock levels and assist in stock counting and security.
- Ensure proper jewellery display and adherence to brand merchandise standards.
- Assist in billing, order processing, and handling exchange/return requests.

3. CRM & Client Relationship Management

- Maintain and update customer records for follow-ups and repeat business.
- Provide after-sales support and personalized recommendations.
- Engage with VIP clients and handle special/customized orders.

4. Team Support & Training

- Assist junior sales associates with sales techniques and customer handling.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to enhance sales performance.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
