Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Accounting Faculty to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and industry-oriented training in accounting, taxation, and accounting software while helping students develop job-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging classroom and practical sessions in Accounting and Finance.

- Teach Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax and Auditing.

- Provide hands-on training in Tally Prime, SAP FICO, Zoho Books, QuickBooks and MS Excel.

- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, assessments and study materials.

- Train students using practical accounting and real-world business scenarios.

- Conduct tests, evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

- Guide students with practical projects, internships and career preparation.

- Support academic activities, workshops, seminars and student orientation programmes.

- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, taxation and industry practices.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Accounting and Finance.





- Good practical knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.

- Knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax.

- Knowledge of SAP FICO / Zoho Books / QuickBooks will be an added advantage.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to explain accounting concepts in a simple and practical manner.

- Strong classroom management and student mentoring skills.

Educational Qualification

- M.Com / MBA Finance / CA / CMA / ACCA or equivalent qualification.

- Candidates with relevant industry experience will be preferred.

Experience

- 1–3 years of teaching/training experience in Accounting or Finance preferred.

- Industry professionals with strong practical accounting experience may also apply.
