Our solar O&M; engineer maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs solar energy systems to maximize power production. They act as the technical first responders for solar arrays, fixing issues after the initial installation is complete.Core Responsibilities

- Diagnose Faults: Identify electrical, mechanical, or software issues in solar arrays.
- Repair Hardware: Replace components like inverters, panels, trackers, and combiner boxes.
- System Monitoring: Track energy output using SCADA or digital software to spot underperforming systems.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all field work follows strict electrical safety codes and local regulations.

Key Skills Required

- Electrical Expertise: Solid understanding of AC/DC circuits, high-voltage systems, and wiring diagrams.
- Troubleshooting: Ability to use multimeters, thermal cameras, and insulation testers to find hidden faults.
- Tech Literacy: Familiarity with inverter software, data loggers, and digital reporting tools.
