Position: Tender Executive / Tender Specialist
Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive / Tender Specialist responsible for handling the complete tendering process from tender identification to bid submission and post-submission follow-up. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of government and private e-tendering platforms, tender documentation, bid preparation, commercial coordination, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Search, identify, and track relevant tenders from government and private organizations through various e-tendering portals.
- Regularly monitor portals such as GeM, CPPP, State Government Tender Portals, PSU portals, and other relevant platforms.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, EMD, tender fees, submission requirements, and important deadlines.
- Prepare and compile complete tender/bid documents as per tender requirements.
- Coordinate with technical, commercial, finance, and management teams to collect the required information and documents.
- Prepare technical and commercial bids, including BOQ/pricing coordination and other required schedules.
- Ensure all documents, declarations, certificates, authorizations, and forms are complete and compliant before submission.
- Handle online tender submission, bid uploading, digital signatures, EMD/BG requirements, and other e-procurement formalities.
- Maintain proper records of submitted tenders, deadlines, EMDs, bid status, and tender outcomes.
- Track tender corrigendum, amendments, clarifications, pre-bid meetings, and submission extensions.
- Coordinate with clients/departments for pre-bid queries, clarifications, and other tender-related communications.
- Monitor tender results, technical qualification, financial opening, LOI/LOA, work orders,
and related correspondence.
- Assist in preparation of tender comparison statements, bid analysis, and management reports.
- Coordinate post-award documentation and follow-up with concerned departments.
- Maintain an organized database of tenders, clients, vendors, credentials, certificates, registrations, and company documents.
- Ensure timely submission of all bids and avoid rejection due to documentation or compliance errors.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; relevant technical/commercial qualification will be an advantage.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in tendering/bid management.
- Strong knowledge of government e-tendering and procurement procedures.
- Experience with GeM, CPPP/e-Procurement, and State/PSU tender portals will be preferred.
- Good understanding of technical and commercial tender documents, BOQ, EMD, BG, eligibility criteria, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PDF handling, and online tender portals.
- Ability to read and interpret tender documents carefully and identify compliance requirements.
- Good coordination, follow-up, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and strict submission deadlines.
- Experience with Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) and online bid submission.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Preferred Candidate
The ideal candidate should be someone who can independently handle the complete tender cycle - from searching and identifying suitable tenders, evaluating eligibility, preparing documentation, coordinating pricing and technical inputs, submitting the bid, and following up until the tender is finalized.
Candidates with experience in Engineering, Mining, Consultancy, EPC, Infrastructure, Geology, or other technical project-based organizations will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
