Job Description – Sample Collection Agent
The Sample Collection Agent is responsible for collecting blood and other clinical specimens from designated collection points while ensuring proper patient identification, hygiene, and infection control practices. The role involves preparing collection materials, explaining the sample collection procedure to patients, collecting specimens safely and accurately, labelling samples correctly, maintaining proper sample handling and transportation procedures, and ensuring timely delivery to the laboratory. The agent must maintain accurate collection records, follow hospital protocols and safety guidelines, handle biomedical waste appropriately, and provide courteous and qualified service to patients while maintaining confidentiality of patient information.
Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
