JOB DESCRIPTION – F&B; MANAGER

Position: Food & Beverage Manager
Department: Food & Beverage
Location: Kozhikode, Kerala

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall Food & Beverage operations of the property.
- Supervise and coordinate F&B; service teams, including Captains, Stewards, and other staff.
- Ensure excellent guest service and maintain high service standards.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service standards.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure proper resolution.
- Conduct regular briefings and training sessions for F&B; staff.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen, Store, Purchase, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor daily sales, wastage, breakage, and operational costs.
- Ensure proper control of inventory, equipment, and F&B; materials.
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and company policies.
- Review guest feedback and online reviews and take necessary corrective actions.




- Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational reports to management.
- Plan staff duty rosters and ensure adequate manpower during peak hours.
- Support management in achieving sales and profitability targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
- Previous experience as an F&B; Manager / Assistant F&B; Manager / Restaurant Manager preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service, hygiene, and cost control.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Hotel/restaurant industry experience is preferred.

Immediate joiners and candidates with relevant hotel/restaurant experience are preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
