QA/QC Engineer

About the Role

We are hiring a QA/QC Engineer for a premium plotted development project. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in quality control for infrastructure and residential development projects, with hands-on knowledge of site inspections, testing, NCRs and snagging.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor quality standards for roads, drainage, utilities and external development works
- Conduct quality inspections for RCC and civil works
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate and monitor material and site testing
- Identify quality issues and prepare/manage NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports)
- Conduct snagging and de-snagging activities
- Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection records and test reports
- Coordinate with contractors,



consultants and project teams to resolve quality issues
- Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively

Candidate Requirements

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in QA/QC – Civil
- Strong experience in roads, drainage, utilities and external development
- Good knowledge of RCC works, construction materials and testing procedures
- Experience handling NCRs, inspections and snagging
- Positive understanding of construction quality standards and documentation
- Experience in plotted development / villa projects will be preferred
- Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills
