We are looking for a Compliance Officer Trainee to support the organization in maintaining regulatory, operational, documentation, and internal compliance standards across our clinics. The trainee will assist in monitoring branch-level compliance and ensuring that required records, licenses, registers, and procedures are properly maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring compliance across Our Family Clinic branches.
- Check whether required licenses, certificates, registers, and documents are updated.
- Conduct regular clinic compliance checks and prepare reports.
- Monitor staff attendance, documentation, and adherence to company policies.
- Verify maintenance of mandatory registers and records.
- Assist in monitoring infection control, cleanliness, safety, and basic operational standards.
- Identify compliance gaps and report them to the concerned manager.
- Follow up with branch in-charges regarding corrective actions.
- Maintain compliance checklists, reports, and documentation.
- Assist with internal audits and inspections.
- Support implementation of new policies, SOPs, and company procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and patient-related information.
- Perform other compliance and administrative duties assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and basic Excel.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Strong observation and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel between clinic branches.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred
- Experience or internship in a hospital, clinic, healthcare organization, or administrative department.
- Basic understanding of healthcare documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of SOPs, audits, and quality/compliance processes.

The selected candidate will receive training in:

- Internal reporting and corrective-action processes
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
