Prospect in Transmission Line Tower Manufacturing!

Location: Wardha, Maharashtra

Position: Quality Checker

Department: Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month

Qualification: B.Sc. / Chemistry

Experience: 0–2 Years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Inspect raw materials such as angles & plates

Check dimensions, hole pitch, edge distance, straightness & twist

Inspect CNC drilling, shearing, punching, notching & bending operations

Conduct visual inspection of welded components

Ensure proper marking, bundling & traceability of tower members

Prepare inspection reports, checklists & NCRs

Coordinate with Production Team to resolve quality issues

Maintain measuring instruments & calibration records

REQUIRED SKILLS





Ability to read fabrication drawings & Tower BOMs

Knowledge of transmission line tower fabrication

Understanding of structural steel manufacturing

Hands-on experience with Vernier Caliper, Measuring Tape, Steel Scale, Bevel Protractor, Height Gauge & Coating Thickness Gauge

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Quality Checking, Transmission Line Tower Fabrication or Structural Steel Manufacturing are encouraged to apply.
