- Receive incoming calls and respond appropriately.
- Provide driver support for maintenance and call-related issues.
- Track driver locations and monitor their schedules.
- Track, trace, and observe driver logs for compliance and accuracy.
- Manage maintenance schedules and assist with planning.
- Ensure on-time pickup and delivery of loads.
- Provide timely updates to customers or brokers.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience and knowledge of the Reefer (refrigerated transportation) industry.
- Bachelor's degree (Required).
- Flexible to work in any shift (Evening, Night, Rotational, US Shift).
- Strong communication skills in English and Punjabi (Required).
- Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Mohali district,
Punjab before starting work.
