Roles and responsibilities:

1. Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.

2. Ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.

3. Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects. 4. Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.

5. Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.

6. Read and execute according to technical drawings and engineering plans.

7. Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.

8. Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering reports to relevant stakeholders.

9. Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.

10. Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.

11. Manage/supervise/allocate jobs to labours and perform reviews.

Daily reporting to project manager.

Technical degree in relevant field – (Mechanical/RAC/Etc.) (Basic knowledge in machinery, electrical, electronics and refrigeration)

Driving licence

Willingness to learn

Willingness to relocate to site for short periods (3-4 months) until the site is completed.

0 – 2 years of experience in the field of RAC (Ammonia)

Ability to work in team

Pay: ₹10,965.82 - ₹37,757.07 per month
