About the role

DigitalVia Technologies is looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our growing sales team. We are seeking candidates with excellent communication skills who are passionate about building client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Eligibility

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) candidates will be preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Passion for sales, business development, and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and virtual or in-person meetings with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.




- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and client onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and DigitalVia's service portfolio.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to handle daily sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
