Gleuhr Clinic is looking for qualified MD Dermatologists to join our growing network of skin and hair clinics.

This is a full-time clinical role for dermatologists who want to work in a professionally managed, patient-focused environment with strong clinical infrastructure, consistent patient exposure and opportunities to build deeper expertise in both clinical and aesthetic dermatology.

At Gleuhr, our doctors focus on understanding the underlying concern, making an appropriate diagnosis and creating personalised treatment plans using a combination of dermatological care, procedures and supportive home-care where required.

The Role

As an MD Dermatologist at Gleuhr Clinic, you will be responsible for consulting, diagnosing and treating patients across a wide range of skin and hair concerns.

A significant part of the role involves working with patients dealing with concerns such as:

- Pigmentation and melasma
- Acne and acne scars
- Ageing skin, fine lines and skin laxity
- Uneven skin tone and texture
- Hair fall and scalp-related concerns
- Dark circles and under-eye concerns
- Other common dermatological and aesthetic conditions

You will also perform and recommend appropriate dermatological and aesthetic procedures based on the patient's indication, medical suitability and your professional scope of practice.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Consultation & Diagnosis

- Conduct detailed dermatological consultations.
- Evaluate patients' skin and hair concerns and medical history.
- Diagnose dermatological conditions accurately.
- Develop personalised and evidence-based treatment plans.
- Explain diagnoses, treatment options, expected outcomes and timelines clearly to patients.
- Set realistic expectations and ensure informed decision-making.

Clinical & Aesthetic Procedures

Depending on your experience, qualifications and competence, you may perform or supervise procedures including:

- Pigmentation and melasma treatments
- Chemical peels
- Acne and acne-scar procedures
- Microneedling
- Mesotherapy
- PRP / GFC procedures
- Laser hair reduction
- Laser-based skin procedures
- Skin rejuvenation treatments
- Anti-ageing procedures
- Botulinum toxin injections
- Dermal fillers
- Thread procedures
- Skin tightening procedures
- Other medically appropriate dermatological procedures





All procedures must be performed in accordance with applicable medical standards, patient-safety requirements and Gleuhr's clinical protocols.

Patient Care & Follow-Ups

- Monitor patient progress through scheduled follow-ups.
- Modify treatment plans when clinically required.
- Manage patient concerns, treatment reactions and clinical escalations appropriately.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records.
- Build long-term patient trust through ethical and transparent communication.

Clinical Standards

- Follow evidence-based dermatology practices.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and clinical documentation.
- Ensure appropriate patient selection before procedures.
- Follow clinic SOPs and clinical governance requirements.
- Stay updated with developments in dermatology, aesthetic medicine and treatment technologies.

Who We're Looking For

Candidates should possess:

- MD Dermatology / DNB Dermatology or an equivalent recognised postgraduate qualification in Dermatology
- Valid medical registration as required by applicable regulations
- Strong dermatological consultation and diagnostic skills
- Experience or interest in procedural and aesthetic dermatology
- Good understanding of pigmentation, acne, ageing and hair-related concerns
- Strong patient counselling and communication skills
- Sound clinical judgment
- A patient-first and ethical approach to medicine
- Willingness to continuously learn and develop clinically

Prior experience with aesthetic procedures, lasers, injectables or advanced dermatological treatments will be considered an advantage.

Candidates selected for the role will receive complete information regarding the clinic location, compensation structure, working hours and employment terms during the hiring process.
