Manage and supervise production and packing operations for injectable products as per approved SOPs, BMR/BPR and GMP guidelines. Plan daily/weekly production activities to achieve production targets and delivery schedules. Handle aseptic manufacturing, filling, sealing, visual inspection and packing operations. Ensure compliance with WHO-GMP, cGMP and regulatory requirements throughout manufacturing and packing. Monitor manpower, machine utilization, line clearance and production activities. Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse and Planning/PPIC departments. Review and ensure proper completion of BMR/BPR, packing records, logbooks and other production documents. Ensure proper line clearance, reconciliation, yield calculation and batch changeover. Investigate production deviations, OOS/OOT-related manufacturing issues and implement CAPA in coordination with QA. Ensure adherence to environmental monitoring, hygiene and contamination-control requirements in sterile areas. Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance with Engineering. Train and guide production/packing personnel on GMP, SOPs, safety and aseptic practices.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
