- Understand manpower requirements from department heads
- Prepare and post job openings on job portals, social media, and other sources
- Source candidates through portals, referrals, databases, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth interview process
- Negotiate salary and explain offer details to selected candidates
- Share offer letters and complete joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database
- Ensure joining, documentation, and handover to HR operations
- Support employer branding and referral programs
- Ensure recruitment timelines and targets are met
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
