Job Description -

We Are hiring for Manufacturing Company

Should have minimum 8+ years of experience in Engineering Industry

- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage sales staff. Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop sales strategies, establish individual and team quotas, and forecast annual sales goals.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data, monitor KPIs, and present revenue and expense reports to senior management.
- Client Relations: Nurture key client relationships, negotiate major contracts, and resolve escalated customer issues.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and finance teams to align campaigns and improve overall workflow
