We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive / Account Manager (0.5 to 3+ years experience) to manage day-to-day marketplace operations, including product listing, cataloging, inventory, and order fulfillment across online platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho).

Key Responsibilities & Essential Skills

1. Product Listing & Cataloging

Listing Creation & Mapping: Upload and create single/bulk listings, variation trees (size/color), and manage SKU mapping across marketplaces.

SEO & Content Optimization: Write search-optimized titles, bullet points, meta descriptions, and backend keywords to improve search rankings and conversion.

A+ / Enhanced Brand Content (EBC): Coordinate product image assets, infographics, and rich media content for listing enhancements.

Quality Check: Fix catalog suppression errors, stranded listings, category misclassifications, and policy compliance issues.

2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

End-to-End Order Flow: Monitor, accept, print invoices/shipping labels, and process daily incoming customer orders on time.

Fulfillment Management: Coordinate with logistics partners and warehouse teams for self-ship, FBA/FBF,



or third-party logistics (3PL) order dispatches.

Returns & Claims Management: Track customer returns, return-to-origin (RTO) shipments, and file damage/loss reimbursement claims with marketplace portals.

3. Inventory & Channel Operations

Maintain real-time stock levels across active platforms to prevent stock-outs or overselling.

Track buy-box status, channel metrics, late dispatch rates, and account health indicators.

Key Requirements & Technical Skills

Marketplace Portals: Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho.

Data & Excel: Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, bulk listing flat files/templates).

Attention to Detail: High accuracy in entering SKU codes, pricing, dimensions, and product attributes.

Problem Solving: Ability to navigate portal seller support, raise tickets, and resolve listing suppression/discrepancies quickly.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
