Job Title: Merchandiser

Department: Merchandising / Sales

Reports To: Merchandising Manager / General Manager

Job Location: East Patel Nagar Delhi & Kundli Sonipat Haryana

Industry: Hard Goods Manufacturing

Job Purpose

To manage customer orders from enquiry to final dispatch, ensuring timely production, quality, documentation, and delivery as per customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and order confirmations.

Coordinate with customers regarding product specifications, samples, pricing, and delivery schedules.

Prepare and maintain order sheets, production follow-up reports, and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch departments.

Follow up on raw material availability and production status.

Monitor production progress and ensure orders are completed within the committed timeline.

Coordinate sample development, approvals, and corrections with customers and internal teams.

Ensure products are manufactured as per approved specifications and quality standards.

Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status.





Coordinate packing, documentation, and dispatch of finished goods.

Handle customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions with the concerned departments.

Maintain proper records of orders, customer communication, samples, and delivery status.

Support the sales team in achieving customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Required Skills

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.

Valuable understanding of production and supply-chain processes.

Customer-oriented approach.

Strong planning and time-management skills.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred.

Experience: 2–10 years in Merchandising, Sales Coordination, Export Merchandising, or Manufacturing.

Experience in manufacturing/export industry will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
